What you can do yourself
A compatible weather seal may be a homeowner project when the model instructions allow it and it can be fitted without disturbing lifting hardware. Have a technician replace rollers, hinges, springs, cables and brackets. Those parts guide or support the door, and removing the wrong fastener can release spring tension or leave a section unsupported. Getting the wrong part, or the right part installed wrong, is a common way a Clopay door ends up worse off than before.
