Do you repair garage doors at night or on weekends?

It depends on the problem. Regular appointments run during business hours: Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Evenings and Sundays are not available as a regular booking, but we do help at night and on weekends when a door is unsafe or the house cannot be secured.

What qualifies for an after-hours call

• A door stuck open, leaving the home, tools or equipment exposed
• A door that will not close or lock
• A door off its track, hanging crooked or at risk of falling
• A broken spring or cable with the door open

What can wait for a regular appointment

A closed, locked door with a noisy opener, a dead remote, a keypad problem or a tune-up request should be booked during normal hours. Saturday availability depends on the schedule that week. If you work nights or long days, ask for the next weekday or Saturday opening that fits, and let us know how to reach you.

Fees and approval
