Which calls go first

The day is sorted by safety, not by who called first. These go ahead of routine work:

• A door stuck open that leaves the garage or home unsecured
• A door hanging off its track, crooked or at risk of falling
• A broken spring or cable, especially with the door open

A closed, secure door with a remote or keypad problem is still worth calling about. We can often get to it the same day, or book a time that works better for you.

What can be finished on the first visit

Spring replacement is our most common repair and is most often handled the same day. Some jobs need a specific part ordered for your door or opener. In that case the technician makes the door safe, explains what is needed and schedules the return visit.

What same-day service costs

Same-day does not change how pricing works. Repair visits carry a $45 diagnostic trip fee, and the technician gives you a written price that you approve before any work starts, so a fast visit does not mean a surprise bill.
