What areas do you serve?

We cover Sacramento and the cities around it, including Roseville, Folsom, Citrus Heights, Fair Oaks, Elk Grove, Rancho Cordova and Rocklin, plus nearby communities in Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado and Yolo counties. We are based in Citrus Heights with a second location in Rancho Cordova, and all work is done at your property. The full list of cities is on our service area page.

How we reach the outlying areas

Farther-out calls are grouped by route so the drive is covered:

• I-80 foothills: Loomis, Penryn, Newcastle, Auburn and Meadow Vista.
• Highway 50 into El Dorado County: El Dorado Hills, Cameron Park, Shingle Springs, Rescue, Diamond Springs and Placerville.
• Highway 65 and Highway 70 north: Lincoln, Sheridan, Wheatland, Plumas Lake and Marysville.
• Yolo County: West Sacramento, Davis, Woodland and Winters.

Gated communities and rural properties

Gated areas such as Rancho Murieta and Lake of the Pines are normal for us. Put us on the gate list for the day of the appointment, and give us the account name if it is different from yours. For acreage, long driveways, detached shops and barns, give us a landmark or directions when you book, and tell us about gates, dogs and which building the door is on.
