What to tell us for each door

• Approximate size, and whether it is a standard, tall or one-piece door.
• What it is doing: noisy, slow, reversing, not opening, or just due for service.
• The opener brand and model if you can read it from the floor.
• Which building it is on, if the doors are not all on the same garage.

Photos taken from a safe position help. Do not climb a ladder or stand under a damaged door to get a label.
